in Tampa, the Big Guava is vanilla bean cake, guava jelly with cream cheese icing. “The pink Guava cake fondly refers to Tampa’s nickname, it is a customer favorite, and has guava jam and cream cheese icing with my signature vanilla bean cake,” says Owner And Pastry Chef Kim Yelvington of Chocolate Pi. “My favorite color is pink. It’s my walls in my shop, it’s the color of many of my desserts. I find pink to be calming, beautiful, and sweet. All traits my desserts seem to have!” she says.

The multi-colored treat is comprised of a vanilla funfetti cake decorated with rainbow icing, glitter and a sprinkle-topped marshmallow pop. “In the celebration of PRIDE month, the Luxor pastry team created the Universal Bundt Cake inspired by the UNIVERSAL LOVE album sponsored by MGM Resorts International. The colorful treat is our way of showing support for the LGBTQ community,” says Justin Fredrickson, Luxor’s Executive Chef.
